Grade Level and School Wide Activities

Grade Level activities include enrichment activities geared to more specific grade level curriculum.

Our Kinder PPP class sponsored the grade level "Super Hero Brush" Presentation in March and sent all Kinder students home with a dental goody bag. Just in time for Spring, the Kinder PPP class is also sponsoring the upcoming "Eye on the Sky Weather and Earth Science" program presented by Hiller Aviation Museum! They'll get a chance to di
scover the water cycle’s role in cloud formation and identify the cloud types that impact aviation. Hands-on activities include constructing a model of the water cycle and a cloud identification card.

Our 1st grade PPP class sponsored grade level field trip transportation to the annual trip to Hidden Villa. This year they also sponsored a trip to the Fujitsu Planetarium at De Anza College.

Our 2nd grade PPP class sponsored a grade level field trip transportation to the Intel Tech Museum this March, and students also enjoyed a special IMAX feature and human body exhibit!

School Wide Activities include assemblies such as the annual 3rd grade PPP assembly performance with the SF Opera! They also work to put together a holiday show for the school with the 2nd grade buddies.

Winter 2018 our 1st grade PPP class sponsored Dinosaurs Rock, an assembly for the whole school. All students learned about Dinosaurs and Fossils and received their choice of fossils to take home! They also gave support to our school Garden and parents volunteered many hours to maintain it.

Our Kinder PPP class gifted flashlights for all Noble classes' emergency kits.

Noble Kinder, 1st grade, and 3rd grade PPP teachers coordinated a two day grade-wide workshops as a gift to school with Marine Science Institute.  Students learned about correlations between Bay Fish and Sharks.

Many PPP parents volunteer throughout the year for school wide activities such as monthly readings in all classes through Project Cornerstone, the Drama program, Spelling Bee, Walk-a-thon, Science Olympiad, and both the Fall and Spring Carnivals. Often, PPP parents also serve in leadership roles as PTA Board Members and Chair positions benefiting all of Noble. By setting as an example, we hope to inspire other Noble Families to actively participate in enriching their child's education at Noble!
